Train on Your Own Time
Your GriffonRawl membership gives you more ways to train. When the gym is physically open to the public, members can come in and use the available training space for as much or as little time as they want.
Open Gym Access for Every Member
Open Gym Access is available to any GriffonRawl member, regardless of which program or membership they have.
If you have an active membership and the facility is open to the public, you're welcome to come in and get some extra work done. There is no required amount of time you need to stay. Come in for a quick workout or spend more time training based on your schedule and goals.
Train Outside of Class
Your scheduled classes are only one part of your training. Open Gym gives you the opportunity to put in additional work on your own.
Use your open gym time to:
- Get extra conditioning and fitness work
- Practice techniques you've learned in class
- Work on the bags and available training equipment
- Improve your strength, movement, and endurance
- Get additional repetitions between classes
- Stretch, warm up, or cool down
- Work toward your individual fitness and training goals
Whether you have 20 minutes or a couple of hours, you can make your time at GriffonRawl work for you.
Train When the Space Is Available
Open Gym Access is available whenever the facility is physically open to the public.
You do not need to be attending a scheduled class to come in and train. If the gym is open and you have a membership, you are welcome to use the space.
Just remember that scheduled classes and coached training always take priority.
Respect the Classes and Training Environment
Open Gym Access is built around flexibility, but it also comes with a simple expectation: don't disturb the classes.
Members may work out independently as long as they do not interfere with scheduled classes, coaches, or other members who are actively training.
If a class is using a particular area, give that class the space it needs. When other areas or equipment are available, feel free to use them and get your workout in.
It's all about training together and respecting the people around you.
Stay as Long—or as Little—as You Want
There is no minimum or maximum workout time for Open Gym Access.
Need to squeeze in a quick session before work? Come in.
Want to stay longer and get some additional conditioning done? Go for it.
Have a little extra time between classes? Use it.
Your training schedule is yours to manage. Open Gym Access gives you another opportunity to stay active and continue working toward your goals.
More Training. More Flexibility. One Membership.
At GriffonRawl, we want members to have every opportunity to train, improve, and stay consistent.
Open Gym Access gives every member the flexibility to come in, put in extra work, practice what they've learned, and make use of the facility outside of their scheduled classes.
As long as the gym is physically open to the public and you're respectful of scheduled classes, the space is yours to use.
